Took my vehicle to be fixed there on Saturday and was told it would be $429. Then they up charged it to $616. Got a call a few hours later that they had broke a different part of my vehicle. I was two hours away from home and had to have it towed home because they said they " MAY " get to it on Tuesday. The owner told me that he would not refund any amount of my bill even though they broke my vehicle. He explained that it hurt his feelings that I would ask for a refund of any sort and now it was my problem to deal with.

I have had 2 alignments on 2 different vehicles done at this shop- and while they did complete the alignment properly, it was not fully complete. The steering wheel was not adjusted to compensate for their alignment- on both vehicles... this means that driving straight down the road, my wheel says i should be turning. An attentive technician should catch this on a test drive...
CIGARETTE SMOKE... my truck smelled of smoke after picking it up, which was 3 hours later than i had expected.
They did the work, but the level of excellence could be greatly improved.

Always take my vehicles here, as well as potential vehicles before purchasing. I've always been told what absolutely has to be taken care of and a timeline of when other things may show more wear. I've never had issue here, they always verify before ordering parts or doing work. Always recommend!!

I had a great experience here. I've had bad experiences in the past with car repair shops and I felt the difference right when I walked in the door. Extremely friendly staff - they were able to fix all of the ongoing issues that I was having with my car. Super impressed! They even called the following day to make sure that everything was okay. Dave took the time to explain everything to me before any work was performed on my car. I highly recommend them.
